A majority of the best bulking and cutting steroids available today are produced by a company called CrazyBulk. I've purchased some of their steroids and have found some very very funny things about them. They come with instructions to dose a 20 pound weight with 800mg of Creatine and another 500, 10 times the amount of sodium that is typical of most diuretics. They also offer a very low dosage of the diuretic and a very high concentration of their own. If you're thinking about buying a package of their steroids, I recommend not reading any of the instructions. There is something really off about how they set their dosage. For some reason, their dosage in one pill has a fairly large tolerance range, and they keep raising the dosage. As the dosage is raised the drug becomes less effective. At their current recommended dosage, they can make a 20 pound man take 1,300mg of Creatine and 2,000mg of sodium for a 3 hour time span. I have also found a formula for doing so that I've only just made known to me. It's called S.P.A, the 'Sodium Phenylether', and it has the added advantage of not irritating the kidneys or liver so you can still take it if your kidneys have become damaged. That might be one of the reasons that these pills have no side effects. After you've taken 3 mg of this Formula you start to make your own Creatine for yourself. I find that if you mix this formula with my own Creatine I can achieve a steady 1,300mg of Creatine for several weeks without making any noticeable difference in my performance. For about a month or so I had an idea that I had to do it, but I didn't like the fact that I couldn't make a steady 2,000mg of Creatine or I would make only 2-2 1,000mg every two or three days. That meant that my performance had significantly dropped as well. That made me think I might as well take the formula and use it for an additional year until I reached my daily allotment, but with very high results! After a year of steady 1,300mg Creatine I have about doubled the daily allotment to a steady 1,600mg, and also slightly slowed my rate at which I made an extra 200mg for myself with a very low tolerance. So I have gained about 60kg of lean muscle in a year!
